Prior to founding H N Carr Inc., Hugh Carr was the Vice-President of Flythe Construction Company in Raleigh, NC. During his ten years with Flythe, Mr. Carr served as an estimator and project manager.
Since the founding of H N Carr Inc. in 1986, the company has received numerous awards from Star Building Systems for its work under Mr. Carr, including:
Seventeen Outstanding Builder Awards.
Master Builder Award in 1994 in Best of the Standard Category for the Carolina Customs Building.
Master Builder Award in 2006 in Best of the Health Category for Clinton Medical Clinic Annex Building.
Master Builder Best of Raleigh District for the Clinton Medical Clinic Annex Building.
Mr. Carr has also served as a member of Star Building Systems President’s Advisory Council and Star President’s Club.
A proud graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction option, Mr. Carr has more than 35 years of building experience. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Alfred Tyndall,

Prior to joining H N Carr Inc. in 1993, Alfred Tyndall held positions with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, operated his own construction company, and served as project manager for numerous construction projects.
Mr. Tyndall has over 45 years of building experience in commercial, residential, and nursing home construction.
Phillip Andrews,

Prior to joining H N Carr, Inc. in 2012, Phillip Andrews held various sales positions with companies including The Coca Cola Company, RSC Equipment Rental, and United Rentals. Phillip has over 12 years of experience in sales and customer relations.
Phillip also has passed the NASCLA Accredited Examination for Commercial General Building Contractors since joining H N Carr Inc.

Prior to joining H N Carr, Inc. in 2015, Jeremy Owens attended East Carolina University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in construction management with a Business Administration Minor. After graduating, Jeremy gained management skills acting as operations manager in the agricultural business field before joining H N Carr, Inc.
